If you are planning to commission me, you must agree with the following terms of service. If you do not agree with every term, please do NOT commission me.1. Firstly and most importantly, please communicate in a clear and respectful manner. Any display of inappropriate behavior or the use of rude language will result in the immediate refusal of your commission, a right I reserve and will exercise if necessary.2. When commissioning me, please provide a clear reference sheet of your original character. I do not accept commissions based on painted reference sheets, real animals or screenshots of characters from games. Additionally, if your character has a complex design, a small fee will be applied to account for the additional time required to complete the commission this fee can differentiate based on what kind of commission you are getting.3. Full payment is required upfront for all commissions; work will not commence until the payment has been received. All payments are made via PayPal in euros. If you prefer to pay in dollars, please ensure that you calculate the equivalent amount. Refunds can be provided prior to sketch approval. However, once the sketch for your commission has been approved, refunds will no longer be available. Please note that refunds will not equal the original payment amount, as PayPal deducts a fee from each transaction, which I am unable to cover. Therefore, you may incur a small loss.4. I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I feel uncomfortable with what you're suggesting. Examples of such content are provided below.5. Once you have received the completed commission, you have 24 hours to request any modifications. After this 24-hour period, I will no longer be able to make changes to the artwork unless such requests were communicated within this time. Minor alterations will be done without issue, but large changes, such as adding accessories or changing backgrounds, will incur an additional charge. If you do not agree to these terms, further changes will not be made.6. Commissioning an artwork from me does not grant you full ownership of the piece. As the artist, I retain all rights to the artwork, including the right to use it for self-promotion. While I acknowledge that the character in the artwork is owned by you, the artwork itself remains my intellectual property. You are welcome to use the commissioned piece for personal purposes, such as posting it with proper credit, printing it, using it as a background or profile picture. However, you are not permitted to use the artwork for commercial purposes, including tracing, reproducing, taking credit for the work, or removing the watermark, unless otherwise agreed upon.7. I utilize a technique I refer to as 'skeletoning,' wherein I trace certain joints and facial features to ensure anatomical accuracy in my artwork. Please note that the reference itself will not be traced pixel by pixel; rather, I use it solely as a guide for creating helpful outlines. This means that a piece can look very close to the reference I’m .Although some may criticize this method as unartistic or inappropriate, I find it essential for my work and prefer it. If you do not approve of my approach to art, I recommend that you refrain from commissioning me, as this technique is employed in approximately 75% of my work.8. Lastly, an overview of what I will and won’t draw.
